After a complaint is filed, Cactus Consumer Protection analyzes it and makes sure it is related to the marketplace issue. Because we don’t deal with any dispute that needs legal expertise. We never entertain any issue related to religion, race, politics or something that is against the national policies. At this point, we also make sure that your complaint has all the necessary details like your name, address and contact number. If the dispute concerns a clear business transaction, they will send a copy to the business referenced to get its input about the matter.
All approved members of Cactus Consumer Protection are required to respond to any query within 5 business days. When a dispute is handled to each party's satisfaction, CCP should be notified. We also contact the consumer to make sure that the dispute is resolved with mutual understanding. After ensuring this and taking feedback from the customer, CCP closes a file.
The business will be asked to respond to any complaint within 5 working days. After resolving any dispute with good terms from both sides, we usually close a case within 30 business days. If a business has made an attempt to resolve the issue or feels it was not at fault, the complaint may enter an arbitration or mediation process.
